You need to apply to join the NDIS. You can do this by completing an When you contact the NDIS to see if you can get support.Access Request. 

  • Call the NDIS team on 1800 800 110 and tell them you want to apply to join the NDIS. If you are under 18 your parent or guardian will need to call.
  • You will be asked to give the person on the phone some information about you and your life.
  • You can choose to do your Access Request over the phone or get an Access Request form in the mail.

If you are Deaf or hard of hearing you can use the National Relay Service website or call 1800 555 727 and ask for 1800 800 110.
