You start at the first question: Do you have a disability?
If your answer is no, you may still be able to join the NDIS. Visit the NDIS website for more information.
If your answer is yes, you do have a disability, you follow a green arrow to the second question.
The second question is: Are you an Australian citizen or permanent resident?
If your answer is no, you are NOT an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you may still be able to join the NDIS. Visit the NDIS website for more information.
If your answer is yes, you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you follow an arrow to the third question.
The third question is: Do you currently get disability services through state government?
If your answer is no, you do not get disability services through the state government, you can call 1800 800 110 and ask to join the NDIS.
If your answer is yes, you do get disability services through the state government, the NDIS will contact you about how to join.
